1. Eligibility & Refund Period
- Scope: This refund policy applies to all subscription tiers and hosting packages purchased directly through the PicsDrop platform.
- Refund Window: You have exactly 30 calendar days from the initial date of your purchase/upgrade transaction to request a refund. Requests made after this 30-day period are not eligible for a refund.
2. Initiating a Refund Request
To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@picsdrop.in. To help us process your request quickly, please include:

Your registered email address, transaction reference, or invoice ID.
Payment Reference
Date of transaction, subscription plan name, and amount paid.
Reason for Request
A brief, valid reason indicating why the service didn't meet your needs.
3. Valid Reasons for Refund
Refunds will be considered and approved under the following qualifying circumstances:
Dissatisfaction with Service
If our platform performance, gallery sharing tools, or AI facial search capabilities do not meet your expectations or function as advertised—provided you have made reasonable efforts to resolve the issue with our support team first.
4. Non-Eligibility & Exclusions
Refunds will not be approved or processed under the following circumstances:
Change of Mind: If you change your mind, decide the project is no longer running, or determine you no longer require the PicsDrop service.
Unauthorized Use / Abuse: If there is evidence of account sharing, service abuse, API rate-limit violations, or uploading of content in direct breach of our Terms of Service.
Prior Trial Usage: If you have already utilized a full-features free trial period and evaluated the service extensively prior to purchasing.
Promotional & Discount Offers: If the subscription or credit package was purchased during seasonal sales, using promotional discounts, or coupon code structures.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is formally approved by our billing team, the payment will be returned within 10 working days to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your card issuer or banking institution, it may take additional days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
6. Account & Service Cancellation
Upon approval and processing of a refund, your premium subscription will be downgraded immediately. Any active event galleries, custom domains, and smart search permissions exceeding free tier limits will be suspended, deactivated, or deleted. You must discontinue any commercial use of these services.
7. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this refund policy at our discretion. Any modifications will become effective immediately upon being posted on this website page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
